GREEN PANCAKES

Ingredients
- 1 cup packed fresh spinach or kale
- 1 banana
- 1 and 1/4 cup oats (quick or large flake)
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Pancake Syrup OR
- 2 tablespoons Walden Farms Maple Walnut Syrup
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- pinch salt
Directions
Prepare the Green Pancakes
- In a blender, blend all ingredients, until well combined.
- Heat a pan or griddle over medium heat. Once warm, grease with butter.
- Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan and gently spread with the back of your spoon. When bubbles begin to appear, flip with a spatula. Cook until both sides are golden.
4. Repeat with remaining batter.
5. Top with additional syrup.
